ITIL Wiki
IT Process Wiki - das ITIL®-Wiki: Wiki zur IT Infrastructure Library ITIL® (ITIL 2011, ITIL V3 und V2), zu IT Service Management (ITSM) und zum ITIL Service Lifecycle - und mit vielen Informationen zum ITIL-Prozessmanagement, denn Prozessmanagement-Techniken sind die notwendige Voraussetzung dafür, Best-Practice-Prinzipien im Unternehmen einzuführen und am Leben zu halten. [1]IT Process Wiki wird bereitgestellt von IT Process Maps, den Herstellern der ITIL-Prozesslandkarte. Das ITIL Wiki gibt es seit 2007 auf Deutsch, Englisch: ITIL Wiki in English und Spanisch: Wiki de ITIL en español.

ITIL-Prozessmodell
Unser ITIL-Referenzmodell (die "ITIL®-Prozesslandkarte") - die in generalisierter Form auch diesem ITIL-Wiki zugrunde liegt - hat ein Review durch APMG erfolgreich abgeschlossen und ist mit dem ITIL® Licensed Product-Logo ausgezeichnet worden.
Die ITIL-Prozesslandkarte ist ein vollständiges ITIL-Prozessmodell. Wir haben sie so ausgelegt,
- dass unsere Kunden in allen Phasen eines ITIL- oder eines ISO 20000-Projektes optimal unterstützt werden und
- dass sie in die Lage versetzt werden, ihr ITIL- oder ISO-200000-Vorhaben selbst - auch ohne externe Unterstützung - in die Hand zu nehmen.
Die ITIL®-Prozesslandkarte V3 2011 Edition deckt den gesamten ITIL-Service-Lebenszyklus mit seinen fünf Core-Disziplinen nach ITIL 2011 komplett ab. Sie erhalten sie auf Deutsch oder Englisch als vollständiges Prozessmodell für Microsoft Visio® (und bereit für Visio 2016), für ARIS™ sowie für die meist gebräuchlichen Prozessmanagement-Plattformen.

Unser Ansatz, die ITIL-Konzepte in Gestalt von Prozessdiagrammen darzustellen, fand großen Anklang und wird inzwischen von mehreren hundert Organisationen in der ganzen Welt genutzt. Diese Organisationen stehen den Methoden des Service-Managements im Allgemeinen sehr positiv gegenüber und sind von deren Vorzügen überzeugt, aber viele fragten auch: "Ginge das nicht auch etwas weniger komplex?"
Genau dieses offensichtlich vorhandene Bedürfnis nach etwas Einfacherem war der Auslöser für die Entwicklung von YaSM ("Yet another Service Management Model").
